This is my card based on the inspiration photo.  Used the colors and flowers.

I've been busy all week with painting and spring cleaning our house.  I decided to take this afternoon off from working on the house and make a few cards for upcoming birthdays. I used a cut file #6847 that I bought at the Silhouette store and cut out shapes with my Cameo die cutting machine. Aqua background layer is embossed with a pretty Darice basketweave folder that my friend Cely sent to me last month.  White cardstock is Bazzill textured.  Added brads to flower centers and a sheer ribbon.

Trying something new with my Silhouette cut files

I purchased this pretty floral cut file (#25154) from the Silhouette store a few months ago.  When I opened the cut file with my Studio software today, I decided I would have to cut it at a really large size due to all the tiny petals.  So instead of using it as a cut file, I converted it to a printed image using this tutorial from the Silhouette blog.  Then I aligned  the printed image inside a pretty frame embossing folder called Cabaret from Couture Creations.  Trimmed the edges, then machine stitched to a medium blue layer.  Adhered some foam tape to the back of the medium blue layer and attached that to the navy blue cardstock base.  Cut a butterfly with my Silhouette and attached with foam tape on top of the flowers.  Added tiny pearls to flowers and butterfly.  Used a glue dot to attached bow.
